Our Approach

SEEN exists to foster reflection, connection, conversation, and meaningful human experiences.

To help maintain a safe and respectful environment, we may review and moderate content shared within SEEN experiences, communities, and services.

This policy explains how content may be reported, reviewed, and moderated.

Content That May Be Removed

Content may be removed if it violates our Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, or applicable laws.

Examples include:

  • Harassment or bullying

  • Hate speech or discriminatory content

  • Threats or encouragement of violence

  • Spam or deceptive content

  • Impersonation of another person

  • Unlawful activity

  • Sharing private information without consent

  • Content intended to harm, intimidate, or exploit others

Reporting Content

Users may report content they believe violates our policies.

Reports may be submitted through available reporting tools or by contacting:

Please provide as much relevant information as possible when submitting a report.

Review Process

Reported content may be reviewed by SEEN administrators or moderators.

During review, we may consider:

  • The content itself

  • Context surrounding the interaction

  • Relevant community standards

  • Potential impact on users and the broader community

Enforcement Actions

Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, SEEN may:

  • Remove content

  • Issue warnings

  • Restrict certain features

  • Temporarily suspend accounts

  • Permanently remove accounts

We reserve the right to take action when necessary to protect users and the integrity of the platform.

Appeals

If you believe that moderate action was taken in error, you may contact us to request a review.
