Community Guidelines

A Community Built Around Being Seen

SEEN exists to create spaces where people feel seen, heard, and understood.

These guidelines are intended to protect that experience for everyone. By participating in SEEN communities, conversations, and experiences, you agree to help create an environment rooted in respect, curiosity, and genuine human connection.

1. Lead With Respect

Treat others with kindness and respect, even when perspectives differ.

Healthy disagreement is welcome. Personal attacks, harassment, intimidation, or hostility are not.

Before responding, remember that there is a real person on the other side of every conversation.

2. Listen to Understand

SEEN is not built around winning arguments.

It is built around understanding experiences.

Ask questions. Stay curious. Leave room for nuance. Approach conversations with openness rather than assumptions.

3. Share Authentically

You are encouraged to share your thoughts, stories, reflections, and experiences honestly.

At the same time, please respect your own boundaries and the privacy of others.

Do not share private, confidential, or personal information about another individual without their consent.

4. No Harassment or Hate Speech

SEEN does not allow content that:

  • Harasses or targets individuals

  • Encourages violence

  • Promotes hatred or discrimination

  • Uses slurs or degrading language

  • Intimidates, threatens, or bullies others

Content that violates these standards may be removed and may result in account restrictions or removal from the community.

5. No Spam or Manipulation

Please do not:

  • Post repetitive or promotional content

  • Mislead or deceive other users

  • Artificially manipulate conversations

  • Use SEEN primarily for advertising or solicitation

Our goal is meaningful interaction, not attention-seeking behavior.

6. Respect Intellectual Property

Only share content that you have the right to post.

Do not upload or distribute copyrighted materials, proprietary content, or intellectual property without proper authorization.

7. Protect the Community

If you encounter content that appears harmful, abusive, unsafe, or violates these guidelines, please report it.

Community members play an important role in maintaining a healthy environment.

8. Content Moderation

SEEN reserves the right to review, remove, limit, or restrict content that violates these Guidelines, our Terms of Use, or applicable laws.

Moderation decisions are made with the goal of protecting the safety, integrity, and experience of the community.

9. Growing Together

SEEN is an evolving ecosystem.

As the community grows, these Guidelines may evolve as well. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
